Welcome! My name is Poppy and I have the best job in the world! I will come and visit everyone at the end of the workout and make sure they are ok. Doesn’t matter how hard the work out is, a wag or two of my tail and you’ll be feeling a lot better. I promise. Actually helping people reach their goals, big or small, seeing the excitement and getting to share that moment with them is actually indescribable. Humbling.

I started in the gym as a little pup (I am not that much bigger now). Nothing makes me happier than welcoming everyone to each gym session and making sure you’re all ok at the end.

Sometimes during a session if it looks like you’ve finished I’ll sneak out for a pat. If you’re just resting, don’t worry, I won’t tell coach 😉
