What to know for your first Calisthenics class

Street workouts start with the basics such as push-ups, pull-ups, dips, monkey bars, headstands and handstands. It progresses into more advanced bodyweight exercises such as front and back levers, muscle ups, human flag, and single arm pull-ups.

One of the sweetest things about calisthenics training is its diversity. You can train anywhere, anytime and with, quite literally, anything. The world becomes your playground.

If you’re just starting out, you’ll be given low-impact options that’ll tailor each workout to your fitness level.
